About the Role

BigPanda is seeking an experienced product designer to define the future of our AI-powered incident intelligence and automation platform. You’ll lead the design of breakthrough experiences that help enterprises detect, investigate, and resolve IT incidents faster. From AI-driven root cause analysis to intelligent event correlation and automated workflows, you’ll shape how the world’s leading enterprises harness AI to keep their digital services running smoothly.

As a Product Designer , you’ll join a collaborative, impact-driven team that combines research, data, and design craft to deliver intuitive, trustworthy, and enterprise-ready experiences. Your work will directly influence how operations teams interact with AI on a daily basis, transforming complex IT environments into clear, actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design strategy for BigPanda’s AI suite, including root cause analysis, anomaly detection, intelligent alert correlation, and AI-powered automation.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences that help operations teams take action with confidence.
• Create experiences that synthesize vast streams of operational knowledge into accurate, explainable insights that are clear visualizations, intelligent citations, and confidence indicators.
• Drive 0→1 innovation by rapidly prototyping new AI-native product concepts, validating ideas with customers, and scaling solutions that deliver measurable improvements in incident response.
• Partner closely with product and engineering leadership to push the boundaries of what’s possible in enterprise AI, while respecting technical realities and performance needs.

About You

• 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years designing AI/ML products, preferably enterprise-focused solutions.
• Deep experience with LLMs or AI/ML systems, and a passion for turning technical complexity into elegant, enterprise-ready UX.
• Technical fluency, comfortable engaging in detailed conversations about AI architecture, model tradeoffs, and engineering constraints.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in designing sophisticated AI products at scale, ideally involving automation, intelligent systems, or data-driven platforms.
• Proven record of shipping AI products that improved user productivity and satisfaction, while mentoring other designers and driving team excellence.

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $170,00 - 225,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
