Job Title: Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Location: York, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

What You’ll Champion:

York Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment within a medical direction model, with a mix of personally performed cases and supervision.

Provide anesthesia care for advanced cardiac procedures, including:

1. Open Heart surgery – CABG and Valves
2. Aortic surgeries
3. Mechanical Cardiopulmonary support systems – Ventricular assist device, Impella device
4. Cardiac Cath Lab interventions
5. TAVRs
6. EP ablations and EP studies
7. Mitral clippings
8. Watchman procedures
9. Catheter based mitral and tricuspid valve replacement
10. Perform and interpret TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography) for open heart cases and occasional TEE guidance for structural heart procedures
11. TEE Certification preferred
12. Adult Cardiac Anesthesia Certification optional
13. Participate in non-cardiac cases as needed
