Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Position Summary: The primary duty of the position is CRIMINAL APPEALS: Represent the State of Florida in all criminal appeals filed with the District Court of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court.
