What we'd love to see:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Broker to join our team at our Fort Lauderdale location, delivering education to a broad range of clientele across the globe. The successful candidate will be a pro at developing long-term relationships with our VIP clients, fostering trust and satisfaction as well as having a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape whilst being passionate about their expertise and the industry. Responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling the role of Associate Broker in relation to engaging and building relationships all of our clients including our VIP and high value clients, facilitating their requests and trade instructions.
  • Making an impact as as an expert within the "pod structure" which is our local team in Fort Lauderdale and is comprised of a number of Senior Brokers, Associate Brokers and Support Specialists.
  • Striving to hit revenue goals, KPI's and various other strategic goals, with support and guidance from the Pod Leader.
  • Collaborating with other members of the Brokerage department on client matters, trends and the industry more broadly.
  • Working closely with Operations, Client Support and Compliance teams to ensure positive and compliant client outcomes.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within your pod and across the organisation.
  • Represent C&B in internal and external engagements as required across Australia and the US from time to time.
  • Consistent self learning to stay up to date and on the pulse of the industry in general.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Ideally, 2+ years of successful experience as a cryptocurrency broker, account executive, or financial advisor.
  • Education: A bachelors degree in a quantitative or business related field is advantageous.
  • Complex Case experience: Experience handling large, complex transactions both locally and globally.
  • Client Care: Experience is liaising with and educating high net worth and VIP clientele.
  • Team Collaboration: being able to clearly demonstrate collaboration and curiosity on a daily basis.
  • Deep Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of cryptocurrency, financial markets and macroeconomic factors that can have an impact on the market.
  • Financial Analysis: Ability to interpret financial statements, perform valuation, and conduct sophisticated risk analysis.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Expert knowledge of the specific rules and regulations governing the industry.
  • Technology Proficiency: Mastery of trading platforms, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
