Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages to the highest standard
Provide warm, efficient, and attentive service to every customer
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and café area
Operate and care for coffee equipment with attention to detail
Previous barista experience (3+ years) in a fast-paced coffee shop
Strong customer service and communication skills
Passion for coffee, quality, and consistency
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Attention to detail and pride in presentation
