WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This role isn’t for someone who wants to “manage the inbox.” We want a BDC professional who can build, lead, and scale a high-impact department. You will: Create, maintain, and measure all internet & business development processes for our sales department Develop, hire, and train 2 new team members as the department grows this year Attract and convert existing & potential clients in our CRM to push our sales numbers higher every month

WHAT YOU NEED TO LEAD THIS DEPARTMENT:

We don’t want average. We want unstoppable. Prior dealership experience is helpful — but not required Superior communication & organizational skills (non-negotiable) High energy, enthusiasm, and a personality that commands attention The drive to make 70–100 calls per day like a true closer Flexible work schedule is available for the right performer
