Modality: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Local Pay Rate: $70/hour Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Through January (high likelihood of extension) Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 37.5 per week (30-minute unpaid lunch) Position Overview The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - EducationalServices (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioralevaluations, and develops/implements behavior intervention plans forindividuals with academic and behavioral deficits. This role acts as a clinicalteacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activitiesand behavioral service delivery in the school setting. Key Responsibilities + Conduct functional behavioral assessments and evaluations. + Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. + Train and support school staff in managing challenging behaviors. + Collaborate with educational teams to ensure effective service delivery. + Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Minimum Requirements + Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). + Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field. + Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools. + One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred. + Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice. + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable). + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation). + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
