Description
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper in the Middlesex County, NJ area. In this role, you will be responsible for AP, AR, account set ups, payment processing, reconciliations, and more. The ideal candidate must have experience with QuickBooks - online.
Responsibilities:
- Record rental receipts and ensure timely tracking of rental income.
- Assist with payment setups and address non-payment issues.
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, wire transfers, and deposits.
- Follow up on outstanding balances and lease payment discrepancies.
- Generate detailed financial reports using Excel.
- Open and manage organizational bank accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Analyze and reconcile financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Establish and maintain financial systems in QuickBooks Online.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
- Strong skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Experience with bank and account reconciliations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
