Job Description

The Breakfast Server is a key role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience. As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during breakfast operations, setting up the breakfast area, serving guests our a la carte menu, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area. Responsibilities:

Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive (5am start time)
Serve food and beverages to guests
Replenish food and beverages as needed
Utilize our POS system when ringing in orders, and properly closing out guest checks
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area
Assist guests with any requests or questions
Weekends are required

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Prior Food service or customer service experience (preferred)
Ability to work early mornings (5-6am report time)
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to navigate POS systems
Cash handling experience
Team player
