TBest Services is hiring a Cable Assembler for our client, a growing manufacturing facility in Elkridge, MD. The company specializes in producing high-quality electronic components for government, defense, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire cables, harnesses, and related components
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately
• Operate hand tools and basic assembly equipment
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with small parts
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Role details

Location: Elkridge, MD

Shift: Morning (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm, Full-Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience, paid weekly

Schedule: Monday-Friday, consistent hours
