Are you a kind-hearted individual with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our team at Senior Helpers as a Caregiver! Job Summary Senior Helpers – Franklin is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to assist seniors with daily activities and support in the Franklin, TN area. The ideal candidate for this position is motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable. This is a full-time, OR Part-time hourly position. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is competitive and based on experience. This role pays $15 - $16 an hour, paid biweekly. This position is eligible for Employee Assistance Programs, Healthcare, Dental Care, Vision, 401K, and other career development opportunities. Responsibilities

Provide reliable and loyal companion care for seniors
Provide transportation as needed for seniors
Assisting seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and light chores
Participate in creating and forums for medical appointments
Administer medications as needed
Keep accurate records of any activities
Engage clients in meaningful conversations while providing compassionate care

Requirements

No experience is necessary
Compassionate and interpersonal skills
Valid Drivers License
Experience/training in dealing with the elderly
Ability to work various shifts
Ability to pass a criminal background check
