We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization in Downers Grove, Illinois. This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive financial planning, ensure operational efficiency, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in financial leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee and manage company budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and other investment opportunities to drive growth.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Analyze financial models to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the finance team, ensuring best practices and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and address inbound inquiries related to financial matters with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key departments to align financial operations with overall business strategies.
- Ensure effective utilization of financial tools and technologies, including Ethernet systems.
- Represent the organization in high-level discussions regarding financial planning and health insurance strategies.
salary: 180k-250k

Requirements - Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, including as a CFO or similar position.
- Proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M& A) and private equity management.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with Ethernet systems and their application in financial operations.
- Solid knowledge of health insurance strategies and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
