Working with children is our passion and we are looking for a BCBA to become a part of our amazing team. We currently have openings for full or part-time BCBA’s.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Train and oversee registered behavior technicians in homes and community settings.
• Conduct parent meetings and parent training.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to improve efficiency for clients and staff.

Your Qualifications:

• We are searching for enthusiastic leaders that want to grow with our organization.
• A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A passion for working with kids and their families and for educating new professionals in our field.
• Ability to work well on a team.
• Willingness to go the extra mile
