About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and manage compliance within Settle’s platform, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This role involves developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. This role will report to the Director of Legal and Compliance.
What You'll Do:Compensation: This role has an annual starting salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 + equity + benefits. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
