Key Responsibilities

Performing a variety of tasks such as digging trenches, operating heavy machinery, and assisting with construction projects
Following safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Working closely with project managers and team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
Performing general labor duties as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry
Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively
Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
Willingness to travel from time to time if the project requires
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
