Job Description

Front desk clerk/receptionist will be responsible for checking in patients, helping them schedule follow up appointments, check insurance benefit/eligibility, and assist with other administrative duties.

Requirements

• Must be conversational in Mandarin Chinese and English (fluency is preferred)
• No prior experience required, but previous experience in administration and/or healthcare administration roles is a plus
• Ability to travel to the Upper West Side area for work
• Be able to work at least one day of the week from 11:00am-7:00pm
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Skills/Knowledge

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Organization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with health insurance policies is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
