Project Scientist and Remediation System Engineer or Operator (1-2 job openings)
Job Description: More than one position: can be entry level to 5+ years experience, B.S. degree in Geology, Enviro. Engineering or Environmental Scientists, Master’s level is a plus. We are seeking candidates with either experience in environmental site investigation and assessment, Phase I and Phase II ESA, UST closures and PBS facilities, drilling, probing and excavation oversight, and/or remediation systems design and operation (SSDS and P&T), wastewater treatment plant operation in lieu of remediation system, installation, operations and maintenance (OMM) of systems . Candidates must be willing to work in Long Island and NYC Metro and have a reliable vehicle. The appropriate candidate should have extensive knowledge of federal, state and local regulations, have completed OSHA 40 hour Health & Safety training, 30 hr Construction Safett, as well as up to date 8 hour refreshers. Right individual will also work directly with Project Managers for report writing and review, client relations, project estimation, and sub-contractor management and Field service management.
