JOB TITLE: Extrusion Operator/ Team Lead

LOCATION: Sparta, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provides leadership and training for all team members and sets daily priorities.
• Fabricate thermo-plastic products and/or materials.
• Retain accurate records of inspection, time and material usage.
• Maintain regular communication with manager and provide updates on team performance.
• Ensure team members adhere to OSHA safety standards, PPE, and ISO regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have extrusion operator and leadership experience.
• 5+ years working in an ISO regulated thermoplastic manufacturing environment.

HOURS: Monday-Thursday 7:00AM - 5:30PM (OT some half days on Fridays as needed) Direct Hire
