MISSION

Ensure the safety and integrity of global air cargo operations through daily oversight of TSA compliance, cargo screening, and cross-team leadership. This role safeguards national supply chains while restoring purpose to veterans through trusted, clear, and compliant logistics work.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

The candidate will:

1. Lead Screening Compliance
   

   Maintain 100% compliance with TSA regulations across screening logs, CCTV review, and screener time limits — ensuring all cargo is screened, logged, and documented daily.
   

2. Conduct Daily Audits and Risk Checks
   

   Perform written audits and log reviews daily; conduct at least two unannounced DSA inspections weekly; deliver findings in professional reports.
   

3. Train and Monitor Screener Personnel
   

   Ensure all screeners are trained, certified, and operating within limits. Oversee third-party teams with influence and leadership, not authority alone.
   

4. Operate as Facility Liaison to TSA
   

   Serve as the BOS branch's point of contact for all TSA matters. Maintain audit readiness, respond to inquiries, and ensure physical security protocols are executed in the event of system failures.
   

5. Foster Buy-In Across Teams
   

   Align third-party warehouse staff and internal admin teams to the shared security mission. Use emotional intelligence to secure behavioral compliance, even without direct authority.
   

6. Drive Operational Rhythm
   

   Establish a reliable daily cadence that accommodates volume surges, logs corrections, and flexible self-scheduling (with TSA-ready 24/7 responsiveness).

Requirements

• Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
  

• Prior military leadership experience strongly preferred — ideal for former NCOs with backgrounds in QA, safety, auditing, or 3MC-style programs.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
  

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and compliance tracking systems.
  

• Able to manage and influence third-party warehouse personnel.
  

• Must be eligible for TSA security clearance and 24/7 audit contact (cell phone stipend provided).
  

• No travel required
  

Benefits

• Compensation : $65,000–$70,000 base + $500/month performance bonus.
  

• Location : Wilmington, MA (235 Andover St).
  

• Schedule : Monday–Friday, flexible start time (6 AM–8 AM); must be TSA-audit reachable after hours.
