The Role

As the Founding Product Designer at Robyn, you’ll define and elevate the end-to-end user experience across mobile, web, and every brand touchpoint. You’ll pair deep UX expertise with exceptional UI craftsmanship to design experiences that aren’t just functional—they’re unforgettable. Your design will set the emotional tone for how people engage with Robyn. This isn’t sterile, corporate tech—we’re building something human, warm, and radically different.

What You'll Do

• Craft Stunning, Intuitive Designs

• Own UX/UI across mobile and web platforms, delivering seamless, emotionally resonant user experiences.

• Lead with Empathy and Insight

• Use research, behavioral insights, and data to design solutions that feel personal, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent.

• Shape the Brand Experience

• Ensure a cohesive and elevated visual identity across product, web, and marketing.

• Prototype and Iterate Rapidly

• Design in fast feedback loops—build wireframes, create interactive prototypes, and ship pixel-perfect designs.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally

• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to bring designs from concept to launch.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in consumer tech, AI, or fast-paced startups.

• Fluency in UX & UI across mobile and web apps—you make complex things feel beautifully simple.

• Expertise in Figma and design systems—you move fast and design at scale.

• Strong understanding of brand—you design experiences that feel iconic, not generic.

• CSS and HTML proficiency—you’ll manage the Robyn website design and help translate designs into Webflow.

• Bias for action and ownership—you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and own your work end-to-end.
