**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented General Production Worker to join our team. The primary role involves reading tape measures, marking fabric, folding flaps, adding a fabric ring, and heat pressing it to the flaps. Candidates will work on expansion joints, requiring precise cutting, folding, and hole punching based on measurements. The work is meticulous and requires a strong attention to detail. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided, and you may be asked to assist in other areas as needed. **Responsibilities** + Read tape measures and mark fabric accurately. + Fold flaps and add a fabric ring, then heat press it to the flaps. + Punch holes in fabric based on precise measurements. + Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality. + Assist in other production areas as required. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools. + Mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly and production. + Ability to read a tape measure and make precise measurements. + Strong attention to detail and quality control. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. + Experience with mechanical assembly and fabrication. + Blueprint reading skills are advantageous. + Reliable attendance and punctuality. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable and growing company offering consistent 40-hour work weeks with opportunities for overtime. Please note that the workshop is not temperature controlled. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bath, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
