**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for loading buckets and covers into a cleaning and sanitizing machine. This role involves retrieving buckets and covers from pallets, placing them into the washer, monitoring the machine, and stacking them for drying. It is a highly repetitive role and when completed, additional duties will include palletizing, wrapping pallets, assisting operators with moving materials, and performing other general labor tasks. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload buckets and covers into the cleaning and sanitizing machine. + Monitor the operation of the cleaning machine and ensure proper stacking for drying. + Assist in palletizing and wrapping pallets. + Support operators with moving materials and other general labor duties. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 40 lbs. + Comfortable with repetitive work and standing for extended periods. + General production and machine operation experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude is a plus. + Experience in warehousing and palletizing is advantageous. + Forklift experience or willingness to learn is beneficial. + Prior manufacturing experience is a significant asset. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that promotes from within and values employee well-being. With about 15 employees in the building and 4 on the night shift, you will work in a temperature-controlled setting with minimal air odor. Safety is paramount in our work culture. The position is for the 3rd shift, running from 11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday, with some overtime expected while on contract. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Cambridge, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
