**** **Now Hiring: General Production Workers - Wood Shop** **Location:** Cascade, IA **Weekly Pay | Multiple Shifts | Hands-On Work** **** **Choose Your Role:** + **Builder:** Assemble wood trusses using blueprints, tape measures, hammers & staple guns + **Catcher:** Catch and label cut boards, check angles with a carpenter square + **Stacker:** Stand completed trusses upright, assist forklift operators **✅** **What You Need:** + 6+ months of labor, manufacturing, or construction experience + Able to lift 50 lbs + Confident reading a tape measure to 1/16" + Bring your own framing hammer, hammer holder & 25ft tape measure (wood shop only) + Steel-toed boots required **** **Shifts & Pay:** + **1st Shift:** 6 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon-Thurs), 6 AM - Noon (Fri) + **2nd Shift:** 3:30 PM - 1 AM (Mon-Thurs), Noon - 6 PM (Fri) + **3rd Shift:** 11 PM - 6 AM (Sun-Thurs) → **Work 35 hrs, get paid for 40!** **** **Perks & Benefits:** + **Great internal benefits** + **Health, vision, dental + Roth match up to 3%** + **Flex PTO + 6 paid holidays** + **Company cookouts, food trucks, cookies, and swag giveaways** + **$50 attendance bonus for steel shop temps working 46+ hrs/week** **Dress Code:** Jeans/shorts, t-shirt, steel-toed boots ️ **Environment:** Hot in summer (ventilated), heated in winter **Ready to build your future?** ** Apply now or text "Truss" to 319 252 2304** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CASCADE, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.07 - $23.07/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
