**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for measuring and cutting industrial belts to precise specifications using tape measures and other measuring tools. You will also assemble belt kits using hand tools and follow detailed work instructions. Laying out belts on work tables and inspecting materials for quality and accuracy will be part of your routine tasks. In addition, you will prepare completed belt kits for packaging and shipment, maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety protocols. The dress code requires work-appropriate jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toed boots. The shift schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional work on Saturdays, starting at 7:30 am for 4-8 hours. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
