Position: Golang Developer AI Trainer

Type: Contract (Part-time, Remote)

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services using Golang.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code, system logic, and reasoning related to Go-based applications.
• Translate real-world Golang development workflows into structured AI training and evaluation scenarios.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, concurrency issues, and architectural gaps in AI-generated solutions.
• Create high-quality prompts, coding tasks, and system-design scenarios for AI training.
• Collaborate with AI research and quality teams to define best practices for Golang development.
• Ensure all training materials align with production-grade software engineering standards.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong experience developing production-grade applications using Golang.
• Deep understanding of Go programming paradigms, concurrency patterns, and performance optimisation.
• Experience designing scalable systems and backend architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern deployment workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to code quality and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
