Work Schedule : 50% FTE, days. This is a hybrid position. When in person, you will work at 2275 Deming Way in Middleton, WI.
Pay : - Pay range listed reflects the .5 FTE position.
- This position may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

We are seeking a
Health Psychologist to:
- Work primarily in a generalist capacity with approximately four hours/week dedicated to seeing patients with chronic pain.
- Evaluate and treat patients with medical and mental health concerns, requiring short term behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with medical professionals as well as patients to design specific goals for brief treatment.
- Provide consultation to patient and family using evidenced based treatment modalities.
- Utilize screening measures to monitor progress and outcomes to assess benefits of treatment.

Education - Doctorate Degree Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field Required
Work Experience - 1 year of post-doc experience in the area of Behavioral Health in a medical setting Preferred
Licenses and Certifications - Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice. Required
- Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) for treatment of patients primarily in ambulatory settings Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS within 6 months Required
