Responsibilities (Part-Time Evenings)

• Provide health care services in client residences;
• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming;
• Assist with administration of simple prescribed medications;
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises;
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition;
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services;
• Perform light housekeeping tasks;
• Accompany to doctors office or other appointments;
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
