Job Description

1. Assist HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Help in onboarding and induction of new employees.
4. Maintain and update employee databases , attendance, and documentation.
5. Support HR in employee engagement activities and events.
6. Prepare HR-related reports and assist in HR operations & administration tasks .
7. Handle internal communications and coordinate with various departments.
8. Learn and understand HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
