Overview: **$16 / Hour** **Joining our Dorney Park team means** **you'll** **work in a team setting to** **assist** **seasonal** **onboarding** **and play a key role in HCMS management and compliance.** **This position is a maximum of 30 hours per week.** You'll also... + Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and organization to ensure Federal, State and HIPAA compliance. + Assist with administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practicesutilizing park computer programs including our ATS and HCMS. + Collaborate with HR leadership to learn about the different specialties in the Human Resources department.
