Job Description

What would the job look like day-to-day? It depends on the client that you get matched with, but these are some potential tasks you would be doing during your shift:

• Medication Reminders
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Errands (doctor’s appointment, picking up medication, etc)
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or with errands (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

• We are hiring all over the Sumner County area: Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt, Juliet, Goodlettsville, Lebanon, Portland, and Old Hickory. We have so many locations and clients to choose from, enough clients that will work with your schedule!
• Do you like standing in line at the bank to deposit your check? Neither do we! We do direct deposit each Friday ( or everyday after a shift if that suits your fancy!) We know some agencies have annoying kinks with payroll. WE DO NOT. You have access to every single one of your paychecks, and a breakdown of all of your work for the week. Every week.
• Let's talk about pay. The average caregiver only gets paid $12/hr (while some make much less). We don't think that's enough. We start our caregivers around $15+
• Have kids? Maybe a second job? Super busy? WE GET THAT TOO! We have top-of-the-line officer schedulers that work with you and YOUR schedule to get the best client-caregiver match. If you aren't happy, we will keep working until you are satisfied with your schedule. That's a guarantee. You will have a flexible AND consistent schedule!
• Have previous jobs been super unresponsive? Have you felt frustrated by not understanding what you were supposed to do, where, when, etc.? We get you. We have worked exceptionally hard to hire the best people in our office to help you navigate life as a caregiver.
• Wanted to work in a specific city but we didn't have any clients for you? We pay our caregivers extra who have to work outside their desired radius. But don't worry, that's usually short-lived as we try to move you as close to your home as possible!
• Are you human? Then odds are you need medical care every now and then. We offer Wellness Programs for all full-time employees paid 100% by us, so take that off your list of things to worry about.
• Have friends? Want to get paid for it? We offer $125 caregiver referral programs. Each person you refer is $125 right into your pocket (or Amazon shopping spree, YOU DO YOU)
