We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Independent Contractors to provide inbound customer support services for our partnered client accounts. Contractors will assist customers via phone, chat, and/or email depending on the client program selected.

This is a contract-based role - not an employee position. Contractors maintain control of their schedule,, tax responsibilities, and business operations.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer service calls or chat inquiries
• Assist customer with questions, troubleshooting, and account information
• Provide excellent service and maintain a calm, friendly tone
• Follow cllient-provided scripts and guidelines
• Work your assigned schedule and meet basic service expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service during customer interactions
• Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot and resole basic customer concerns
• Follow brand and compliance guidelines for assigned client program 
• Maintain a quiet, dsitraction-free workspace during service hours

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High School or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and typing proficiency
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when assisting customer
• A quiet home workspace free from noise or interruptions

• A computer or laptop (Mac/PC) that meets platform requirements
• Headset
• High-speed internet service
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
• Windows 11

(Note: This is not a W-2 position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes.)

Technical Requirement

• Reliable computer or laptop (Chromebooks not support)
• High-speed internet connection (wired recommended)
• Headset
• Ability to pass background check (if required by program)
• Windows 11

Compensation

• Compensation varies based on client program and call volume
• Contractors are paid bi-weekly
• Some programs offer performance incentives

Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor role - no W-2 benefits
