Responsibilities:
Analysts will get exposure to a broad range of deals and transactions across a variety of property types, client types, and markets. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Perform market and property research to be used in analyses, valuations, and marketing materials
• Create comparable analyses
• Excel modeling and valuation work
• Work on the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials including offering memoranda, proposal packages, and sales collateral
• Assist in deal management efforts
• Analyze, review, and interpret real estate diligence material
• Travel to properties to provide brokers and clients with informed insights
• Contribute to ad-hoc business projects related to client requests and strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Completion or anticipated completion of bachelor’s degree by June 2025
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excel valuations and financial analysis experience preferred
• Working knowledge of financial statements
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
• Demonstrated interest in real estate industry

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $85,000
