Licensed Therapist (Independent Contractor – Hybrid)

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA | Hybrid – In-Office & Remote

Compensation: Based on fee-split model (approximately $65–$120 per session)

We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD) to join our Rancho Cucamonga team as an Independent Contractor . This opportunity is ideal for newly licensed clinicians or those looking to gain experience before launching their own private or group practice .

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couple, and family psychotherapy (in-person and/or via telehealth).
• Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to support client wellness.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for every client session.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and legal standards of care.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in group consultations as needed.
