Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility environment. The LPN will play a key role in supporting residents’ daily healthcare needs while ensuring adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and RNs.
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient observations.
Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures.
Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility guidelines.
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally.
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive care environment.
Uphold all ethical, regulatory, and facility-specific standards.
