About The Opportunity

TOPTAL CARE Inc is seeking an experienced LPN / LVN (Nursing) for a 13-week 8hr days shift travel assignment in Watertown, NY. This role involves providing skilled nursing care in a long-term care setting, focusing on resident support in a float capacity across units, with use of EMAR system PointClickCare. The position suits nurses with experience in long-term care or SNF environments, offering flexible start around 02/16/2026.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents following individualized care plans in a long-term care environment.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient conditions like dementia, chronic diseases, and diabetes.

  • Utilize EMAR PointClickCare for accurate documentation and reporting of resident care activities.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident safety, infection control, and quality of life enhancement.

  • Assist with daily living activities and respond to resident needs in a float nursing capacity.

Required Qualifications

  • Active NY LPN license required.

  • BLS (AHA) certification.

  • 1-3 years of experience in long-term care or SNF settings.

  • Familiarity with EMAR systems like PointClickCare.

  • No local candidates within 100 miles of Watertown, NY considered.
