For more information, check us out online at **Forklift (Lift Truck Operator) Description:** + Evaluate product due to damage and determine disposition (salvage, dump, repack for sale). + Check quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues. + Assemble, load, and/or unload materials to designated area using appropriate equipment including forklift, clamp lift, barcode readers and safety equipment. + Select appropriate packaging materials, repack products in boxes ensuring they are properly sealed and accurately labeled. + Operate machinery like forklifts, pallet jacks, trash compactor, and use handheld scanners. + Maintain a clean work environment. + Transact inventory adjustments via Blue Yonder. + Receive and understand material movement orders. + Cycle counting support + Physical inventory support (non-poly and finished goods) + Recycle support + Housekeeping Duties; inventory consolidation; material reclaim and scrap. + Always follow safety guidelines **Responsibilities** **Requirements** + Must be able to work 8-hour shift, lifting cases the entire shift. + Must have proven experience working in a fast-paced Warehouse/Logistics environment. + Ability to multitask, detail oriented. + Must have standup and sit-down Forklift truck experience. Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience preferred. + Lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. + Prior use of RF barcode reader and vehicle mounted (VMU) computer systems preferred. + Basic computer skills (i.e. Microsoft suite basic Outlook, Word, and Excel) + Basic knowledge of mathematics + Must successfully complete forklift certification program; complete certification manual within 90 days of placement. + .Must have the basic ability to communicate, orally and written, in the English language. + Must be self-directed and can work with little supervision.
