Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dale, IN. As a key player in our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring efficient production workflows. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support the introduction of new products by developing manufacturing plans and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.

- Maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and engineering changes.

The position works hands-on with production, tooling, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, refine processes, improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and ensure safe, repeatable manufacturing across equipment and locations.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment, with strong technical understanding of engineered products, is preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a any engineering related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control methodologies.
  • Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
