Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Develop and coordinate multimedia packages—letters, brochures, videos, point-of-purchase displays—for particular assignments.
• Prepare and adhere to budgets. Oversee the development and management of internal marketing budgets.
• Gather and analyze customer insight.
• Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
• Engage consumers on social media.
• Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
• Explore and experiment with new digital marketing platforms and techniques.
• Develop promotional materials, including marketing collateral and print copies, to maximize brand identity and market expansion.
• Attend and coordinate the participation in trade shows and conventions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to enhance sales performance and meet targets.
• Report marketing activity results and KPI meetings.
• Manage agencies and third-party vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
• Oversee the operation of a company’s website and email marketing program and provide analytics review.
• Continuously analyze competitive environment and consumer trends to make real-time adjustments in marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Consultant, or similar role, of at least 3 years.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Well-versed in the creation and leading of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Strength in researching, analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability.
• Adept in digital marketing techniques, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative setting.
• Highly skilled in writing reports and presenting recommendations.
• Professionalism, tact, and a forward-thinking mindset.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally to meet with clients and for market research.
• Understanding of CRM software, content management systems, and typical office software suites.
