Job Description

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of masonry installation projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all aspects of masonry projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
* Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
* Supervise and support field teams, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
* Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
* Identify and manage potential risks to minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the masonry or construction industry.
* Strong understanding of masonry techniques, materials, and labor requirements.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and project specifications.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
