We are seeking a skilled and passionate nail technician who shares our commitment to health, wellness, and natural beauty. At Ethereal Medi-Pedi & Handcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nail services and ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to our salon's standards for safety and natural beauty. Please note: we only use gel and polish and are acrylic free. Take home base pay with tip for full time avgs $20-30/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of natural nail services in accordance with salon protocols.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations of appropriate homecare to clients.
• Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to our safety and hygiene standards.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring that all nail care supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the salon’s growth and reputation by providing exceptional service and promoting our natural nail care philosophy.

Qualifications:

• Valid, active professional license.
• Knowledge of and experience with natural nail care techniques.
• Knowledge of and experience with gel overlays and gel extensions
• Knowledge of and experience with dry/e-file manicure 
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen to and understand client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
