  • Traceability: Enforce proper lot tracking, expiration controls, and FIFO/FEFO practices to meet regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Variance Review: Lead root-cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, including BOM issues, mis-picks, incorrect adjustments, or unreported losses.
  • Reconciliation: Work with Production and Finance to reconcile raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to financial records on a recurring basis.
  • Audit & Cycle Counts: Design and oversee a cycle count program executed by warehouse staff to validate inventory accuracy and improve system alignment.

Warehouse & Operations Alignment

  • Operational Sync: Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure receiving, staging, picking, and shipping processes follow NetSuite requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend operational or system enhancements that improve accuracy and throughput.
  • Compliance: Maintain high-level oversight of facility compliance related to quality, safety, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
  • 4+ years of warehouse supervision or warehouse operations leadership.

  • Experience with regulatory compliance and traceability in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, multi-department environments.
  • Deep understanding of BOMs, manufacturing flows, warehouse operations, and lot tracking.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP reporting tools.
  • Effective communication skills; bilingual abilities a plus.
  • Ability to train, lead, and support warehouse and production teams.

Preferred

  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or related).
  • Experience with WMS/RF systems, EDI integrations, CRM tools, or 3PL environments.
  • Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, or similar quality/safety frameworks.
