Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Temporary Office Assistant to help keep a busy office running smoothly. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to a collaborative office environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is ready to take on multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, ensuring callers receive timely and accurate information

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service

  • Maintain common areas, including organizing the kitchen and keeping shared spaces tidy

  • Support office operations by handling tasks such as managing inventory, preparing reports, filing, and coordinating small projects

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • At least 1 year of office or administrative experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic office environment
Details:
  • Work Model: Onsite: Monday-Friday
  • Compensation: $20-25/hr depending on experience
  • Benefits : LaSalle Network contractors have the option to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance
