We are looking for a proactive and organized Temporary Office Assistant to help keep a busy office running smoothly. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to a collaborative office environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is ready to take on multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming phone calls, ensuring callers receive timely and accurate information
Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service
Maintain common areas, including organizing the kitchen and keeping shared spaces tidy
Support office operations by handling tasks such as managing inventory, preparing reports, filing, and coordinating small projects
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 1 year of office or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
