Role Description We are looking for a part-time catering team member who can support the bakery's catering operations by assisting with food preparation, delivery, and service. This person will have good attention to detail, work well in a fast-paced environment, and be a good driver. Responsibilities & Duties * Prepare and complete the packaging and plating of orders. * Help with the preparation of catering and event menus. * Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all deliveries. * Assist client in delivery and setup (if asked) of product in event space. * Able to keep up with the demand of high-volume orders and work at a fast pace. * Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards. * Ensure all product is kept to Dog Tag Bakery standards, checking for consistent appearance and quality. * Maintain a positive, respectful, and clean work environment. * Abide by all Health and Safety standards. * Highly responsible, punctual, and reliable. * Have access to reliable transportation. * Take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team. * Good attention to detail. * Work well under pressure. * Quickly recognize and resolve problems. * Must be able to multitask effectively. * Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work Hours, Compensation & Benefits

• Part-time work schedule of 20-30 hours per week with regular shifts starting at 7 am. Availability for some evenings and weekends required.

Schedule may change based on catering order demands. * Starting wage: $18 per hour (based on experience) plus tips. * Employee Assistance Program. * Free shift drinks and food discounts. * Opportunities for training and career growth. Education and Experience * 1+ years of experience in the catering or hospitality industry required. * Valid Driver’s License required. * Clean driving record and safe driving practices required.
