JF Restaurants at The Wall Street Hotel is hiring a   Pastry Line Cook to join our award-winning team. This role works closely with our Executive Chef and Corporate Pastry Chef to deliver a refined, seasonal dessert program that reflects our commitment to flavor, technique, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily mise en place and execution of plated desserts for dinner service
• Accurate and timely plating during service
• Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized station
• Weekly inventory and ordering for the pastry station

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery

• Strong technical foundation: choux, creams, chocolate, meringues

• Attention to detail in shaping, finishing, and plating

• Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently under pressure

• Team-oriented with clear communication and a positive attitude

• Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of food safety and proper storage practices
