If Powder Coater/Painter sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now! **Responsibilities for a Powder Coater/Painter include but are not limited to:** + Operate powder coat/paint systems, including loading and spraying powder/paint. + Hang and unhang uncoated products and operate curing ovens to ensure proper bake cycles. + Perform setup tasks such as changing powders/paints and adjusting spray equipment. + Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of coating equipment and support team training. **Candidates for Powder Coater/Painter must meet the following requirements to be considered:** + 1-5 years of experience in powder coating, painting, or mechanical/electrical maintenance. + Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) training required; manufacturing background preferred. + High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred. + Ability to read machine drawings, use hand/power tools, and follow detailed instructions. + Basic math skills and effective verbal/written communication. + Physically able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly. **What's in this Powder Coater/Painter position for you?** + Pay: $20-$24/hr based on experience + Shift: 1st Shift - 6am to 4pm (Mon-Thurs, OT possible on Fridays) + Weekly paycheck + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter + Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This Powder Coater/Painter position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
