To help as many underserved Americans, Kikoff is looking for a Product Designer. As a Product Designer at Kikoff, you will own critical design projects end-to-end. You will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas and contributing to product strategy to designing end-to-end features and ensuring design quality through launch.
What You’ll Do - Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to define products and user journeys and bring them to life.
- Design highly polished, visually compelling interfaces—from wireframes to pixel-perfect mockups, prototypes, and final assets.
- Create and refine experiences across mobile and web, ensuring consistency and aethetics across platforms.
- Push our design system forward by building scalable, cohesive UI components and patterns.
- Contribute to and participate in design critiques, both giving and receiving thoughtful feedback to raise the visual bar.
- Ensure the details are never lost—every interaction, layout, and visual decision contributes to a cohesive experience.
What We’re Looking For - 2–5 years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and interaction design work.
- Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and motion.
- Experience designing consumer-facing products for mobile and responsive web.
- Highly proficient in Figma, prototyping tools.
- Experience with building and maintaining design systems.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with motivation to continuously master your craft in both interaction and visual design.
- Excellent communication skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
- A highly collaborative, low-ego teammate who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
US salary range for this full-time position consists of 100-200k base depending on years of experience + equity + benefits
