Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager - Geotechnical Construction

A well-established geotechnical construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for projects in the Maryland and Virginia area . This role offers the opportunity to lead complex geotechnical projects while working with a skilled and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

* Business Development & Proposals - Identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and prepare proposals.
* Risk Management - Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Project Planning & Execution - Oversee designs, scheduling, procurement, and site coordination.
* Financial Oversight - Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project financials.
* Change Management - Track and address project changes as needed.
* Safety & Quality Assurance - Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of geotechnical or construction industry experience.
* Experience with micro piles, deep foundations, soil stabilization, and ground improvement.
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
