We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to learn to build a successful real estate career while earning rewarding commissions in a collaborative and growth-minded environment. You will work alongside productive luxury agents by showing properties, hosting open houses, and guiding clients through their home search journey. Through direct coaching, step-by-step mentorship, and daily exposure to real-world transactions, you will learn to open escrow confidently and develop the skills needed to grow as a producing agent. • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service

Qualifications:

• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Real estate license required
