We are the only specialty endodontic office in Fountain City. Our aim is not only to provide much needed endodontic care to the local community and beyond, but also to set the standard in patient care and inter-disciplinary communication. We strive to live by our motto: “Where care goes beyond treatment.”

We are looking for a receptionist who can help bring this vision to life. Someone with energy, enthusiasm, and optimism. Someone who is a strong communicator with a kind, professional demeanor. We opened last March and are looking to expand our front office team. We need someone who is ready to grow with us, and ready to adapt as we grow.

Your main duties will be to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Receptionist duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. A successful receptionist should have experience with a variety of office software (word processors and e-mail tools), and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the receptionist should be able to ensure that the patients' care is coordinated in a kind and effective manner, and that the patients' and referring doctors' needs are being met to the highest level possible.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain exceptional relationships with referring practices
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Provide general support to visitors
