Job Description

Gpac is partnered with a growing operation in the equipment industry that is looking to hire a Regional Manager . This position will oversee operations at all locations in multiple states, reporting directly to the CEO about their findings. This is a hands-on position, and the individual will be expected to help in any capacity to ensure work is completed while visiting each location. A generous compensation and benefits package, as well as relocation expenses, will be given to the right candidate!

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• In-field equipment dealership management experience,managing sales, service, customer service, and more!
• Multi-site management experience
• Employee management
• Excellent communication and delegation skills
  
  

Candidate should be able to travel over 75% of the time in this position. This is a position that covers locations throughout the Midwest.
